Welcome to the 2021 ACEC/PA Fall Conference, and thank you for taking time out of your day to be here with us. We are very excited to bring you engaging presentations from key government officials, industry partners and peers.
This year will be our second virtual Fall Conference. Last
year, we were able to see the possibilities that technology can create and the ways it can help us connect. This year, we are able to go even further to bring you a Fall Conference that is sure to give you valuable insights and important updates on the consulting engineering industry.
I would like to take a moment to thank the ACEC/PA staff for all of the time and effort they have put into planning and executing this event, as well as our many sponsors who have contributed greatly to the success of this Fall Conference.

This past year has been a time of rebuilding. Following the challenges of 2020, many of us have spent this past year rising to those challenges. Engineers are used to the
