MAKE AN IMPRESSIVE FIRST IMPRESSION
Scope
Facility Concierge Services agrees to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to assure performance of the specified cleaning service as specified in the Janitorial Specifications for the Hershey Press Building and Intermodal Parking Garage and Bus Terminal, in a manner consistent with the maintenance of Class A office space in Central Pennsylvania.
Equipment
The Hershey Press Building will be equipped with NEW equipment throughout, to include HEPA vacuums that operate at sound levels less than 70 decibels, tilt trucks, trash barrels, janitorial carts and small hand tools. In addition, we will equip the account with a 1.0 cubic portable washing machine to ensure microfiber cleaning cloths and mops are washed on a daily basis.
Compensation
The Hershey Press Building
Five (5) days a week (Monday – Friday) Professional Office Cleaning Program $10,133.60 / month (including PA sales tax) for an annual contract total of $121,603.20.
Hard Floor Care
Hard Floor Care will be billed as a separate line item at the time of service, as follows:
• Qtly strip, wax, and buff resilient floors: $0.30/sf
• Annual carpet cleaning: $0.15/sf
