JANITORIAL SCOPE OF WORK
1. Cleaning Products
A. All cleaning products, supplies, materials and equipment are the responsibility of Contractor at its sole expense.
B. Contractor shall work directly with Manager to make careful selection of janitorial cleaning products and equipment to:
✓ use products packaged ecologically;
✓ use products and equipment considered environmentally beneficial and/
or
✓ recycled products that are phosphate-free, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and fully biodegradable; and
✓ minimize the use of harsh chemicals and the release of irritating fumes. 2. Consumables
A. Contractor shall work directly with Manager to select paper and paper products (i.e., bathroom tissue, paper towels, etc.).
B. On an as needed basis, Contractor shall submit to Manager a list of consumable supplies which are needed to keep a sufficient supply on hand to refill dispensers. Replace or refill as needed.
C. Manager, at its sole expense, shall order all such supplies.
3. Coronavirus Protocol
A. Contractor shall stay up to date with current CDC Guidelines regarding COVID-19 cleaning protocols.
B. Contractor shall be aware of any staff who test positive for COVID-19 and have sufficient staffing planned accordingly.
C. Contractor shall stay up to date and follow CDC Guidelines, following a staff members positive test, to minimize the spread of COVID-19.
