D. Quarterly
• Strip, wax, and buff resilient floors.
• Clean all storage room floors. Vacuum and damp mop.
• Clean by dusting walls, and ceiling area, ventilation and air conditioning outlets, transoms, grates, clocks, molding around ceilings, tops of partitions, light fixtures, wall fans, plaques, wall or ceiling diffusers, file cases, bookcases, lockers and walls. High surfaces such as transoms, clock glass, picture frames/glass and smudged areas surrounding air grilles and diffusers shall be damp wiped and dried.
• Steam Extract Waterhog mats -4 in employee entrance; 1 on landing in employee stairwell.
E. Three Times a Year
• Dust wall surfaces within 70 inches of floor, vertical surfaces and under surfaces.
F. Twice a Year
• Vacuum clean, shampoo and dry carpeting in corridors, lobbies and waiting rooms (to include movement and return of furniture and equipment).
G. Annually
• Vacuum, shampoo and dry carpeting in offices and all other non-public areas (to include movement and return of furniture and equipment).
• Vacuum all air vents.
