Accreditation Coordinator Report
Currently, there are 189 Accredited Agencies. The latest agencies to be granted PLEAC accreditation at the
April quarterly meeting are:
• Elizabeth Township Police Department
• Lancaster City Police Department
• New Holland Borough Police Department
• Franklin Park Borough Police Department
• Lehman Township Police Department
• Washington Township Police Department
• Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department
There are currently 40 accredited agencies granted Premier Status. The latest agencies to be granted
PLEAC Premier Status are:
• Carnegie Mellon University Police Department
• Upper Allen Township Police Department
There are currently 53 agencies enrolled in the program and actively working toward becoming accredited.
The 20th Annual PLEAC Conference March 31 – April 2, 2025 at the Sheraton Harrisburg-
Hershey Hotel was overwhelmingly successful. There were 342 registered attendees, of
which 99 completed the New Accreditation Manager Training and 16 completed the New
Assessor Training. The PPAC sponsored and provided the lanyards, gave each attendee a
PPAC Challenge Coin and provided Networking sessions on Monday & Tuesday evenings.
PowerDMS provided an all-day training session on Monday and Lexipol sponsored Chief
Mike Ranalli (retired) on Tuesday. Our PLEAC members Dave Madrak, Leon Crone and Jason
Hendershot conducted Wednesday’s PLEAC Standards update training.
