• Are there enough controlled tons to warrant proceeding ahead
• Watershed,PNDI,wetlands,barriersand other site-specific hurdles

Evaluate and resolve zoning and municipal requirements:
• Talk to municipal personnel • Develop required materials • Attend public meetings
Community outreach
• Working with the local government/community
Perform a geologic overview of area:
• Develop RFP
• Drill and/or explore,
reserve analysis and test mineral
Perform a hydrologic review of area:
• Surface water quality
• Groundwater monitoring well network • SRBC/DRBC intakes or site-specific
