MAKE AN IMPRESSIVE FIRST IMPRESSION
Scope
Facility Concierge Services agrees to provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to assure performance of the specified cleaning service as specified in the Janitorial Specifications for 2550 Interstate Drive, in a manner consistent with the maintenance of Class A office space in Central Pennsylvania.
Equipment
2550 Interstate Drive will be equipped with NEW equipment throughout, to include HEPA vacuums that operate at sound
levels less than 70 decibels, tilt trucks, trash barrels, janitorial carts and small hand tools. In addition, we will equip the account with a 1.0 cubic portable washing machine to ensure microfiber cleaning cloths and mops are washed on a daily basis.
Compensation
2550 Interstate Drive
Five (5) days a week (Monday – Friday) Professional Office Cleaning Program $2,360.00 / month (plus PA sales tax) for an annual contract total of $28,320.00.
