Special Services
All extra work, such as move in/out cleaning, post-construction cleaning
or special requests not included in the Janitorial Specifications will be billed as a separate line item at a rate of Forty-Five Dollars ($45.00) per man hour.
Service Schedule
Cleaning service operations described in this comprehensive program will be performed 5 days per week.
The cleaning crew will observe the following holidays:
• New Year’s Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day • Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas
Facility Concierge Services is prepared to adapt this work schedule to coincide with the needs and request of the customer provided that such requests do not alter the cost of operations.
Invoicing
All invoicing will be itemized according to monthly work or for special tasks. Invoicing will be on the 1st of each month. Payment policy is net 30 days.
Supervision
Adequate personnel and supervision will be furnished to ensure quality service.
In addition to the designated cleaning technicians assigned for the daily cleaning and maintenance of your facilities, you will have the following team members assigned to oversee the smooth operation of your Buildings:
• Mary Calverley, Principal and Owner, possessing over 25+ years of commercial office property management experience;
• Shane Gillen, Area Manager and ISSA Certified Technician and Trainer;
• Anna Panzino, Quality Control/ Inspector and ISSA Certified Advanced / Management Technician
Employee Status
Personnel supplied by Facility Concierge Services are deemed employees of Facility Concierge Services and will not for any purpose be considered employees or agents of the customer.

Supplies
All paper and chemical supplies are supplied by Property Management, Inc.
Term
The term of the agreement shall be for
a period of one (1) year, commencing
on a date to be determined and shall automatically renew for additional one (1) year periods on the anniversary date of this agreement, unless terminated or cancelled by either party with a minimum of thirty (30) days written notice from either party.
