National Board for Professional Teaching Standards in Music Education. Currently, Mr. Diehl teaches in the Camp Hill school district as its sixth to twelfth grade vocal/general music technology instructor. Mr. Diehl is also an active member of TI:ME (Technology In Music Education), the American Choral Directors Association of Pennsylvania, and the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, where he has been a guest director and a clinician.
Mitchell Sensenig, Pianist
Susquehanna Youth Chorale and Susquehanna Young Women’s Chorale
Mitchell Sensenig is active in Central Pennsylvania as a singer, pianist, and music director. He attended Mansfield University, where he studied piano with Dr. Nancy Boston and voice with Dr. Todd Ranney, in addition to studies in choral conducting, piano, vocal pedagogy, and music education. He was a singer, section leader, and accompanist of the university’s international award-winning Concert Choir and performed with the marching band.
Mr. Sensenig, board member and bass section leader with the Susquehanna Chorale, won his division of the National Association for Teachers of Singing, Allegheny Mountain Chapter vocal solo competition in 2013, and was a finalist for the same in 2015. In the community, Mr. Sensenig frequently accompanies local school, church and volunteer choirs. He is also a regular music director and pit musician for productions with Theatre Harrisburg and other local companies. Mr. Sensenig serves as an Assistant Director for the Ephrata High School Marching Unit and is a founding member of the Lancaster County Marching Band Coalition. He resides in Harrisburg, PA, where he works full-time as a Casualty Claims Specialist at Nationwide Insurance.
Dru A. Deitch, Conductor
Susquehanna Young Women’s Chorale
Dru Deitch is the choral director and general music teacher at Eagle View Middle School in the Cumberland Valley School District. She also conducts the Eagle View Middle School Select Choir and is the director and producer of Eagle View’s spring musicals.
Mrs. Deitch currently holds a Masters in Music degree from Colorado State University. In 2015, she graduated summa cum laude from Messiah University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Education with a concentration in voice. While at Messiah, Mrs. Deitch was a member of the Concert Choir and Chamber Singers under the direction of Linda Tedford. She performed with the Messiah choirs throughout Pennsylvania and New England, and toured with the Concert Choir in Italy. She is also a former singer with the Susquehanna Chorale. Mrs. Deitch is an active member of her church worship team, the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, the American Choral Directors Association, and has participated in and assisted with several music festivals, including Middle School Song Fest.
