• INNOVATIVE DELIVERY
To collaborate with PennDOT and the PA Turnpike Commission to identify current Innovative Delivery methods being used collectively in Pennsylvania; to identify legislation changes; and to emphasize the successes or address concerns to ensure methods will be improved for the benefit of all parties (owner, designer, and contractor).
