STAFF - H&A IRVINE AND INLAND EMPIRE OFFICES
H&A has a staff of 193 professional engineers, planners, surveyors, administrative and technical support personnel. Our strength
lies in our company’s vast experience history, multi-disciplined approach, and versatility. H&A’s personnel includes planners and
engineers who prepare projects from preliminary concept to final improvement plans, and an accomplished team of experienced and licensed land surveyors. Our project managers are skilled in all engineering/planning production functions with the art of
moving a project through its various stages to completion. Eighty-five percent of our staff are dedicated to providing planning,
engineering and surveying services to our clients in Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire.
