Hunsaker & Associates Irvine, Inc.
In the mode of our founder Richard Hunsaker, our company is run on family values. We
consider our employees and customers family which gives us a special benefit when it comes
to our employee’s performance and an exceptional job when it comes to what we give our
clients. The willingness to help, teach, mentor, and listen is what makes the culture at Hunsaker
& Associates Irvine, Inc. second to none! There is a definite feeling that we want each other
to succeed individually but we work as a team. This helps build morale and camaraderie and
we have always been each other’s biggest cheerleaders! Most of our team members have
been with H&A Irvine, Inc. for several years. We are more like a family than our competitors and
people work here because they want to. We do our very best to make leadership, passion and
commitment the heart of who we are and have since the company was founded in 1976.
At H&A, the only thing we take seriously is our work. There is a good balance of humor and
seriousness and we laugh and have fun when it is appropriate to do so. We will always be a
family with diversified abilities, skills, and strengths, that tends to have fun, but still keeps an eye
on production needs.
A positive working environment is also a key part of H&A Irvine, Inc. with fun employee appreciation lunches, an annual chili cook-off, our employee/family picnic, the annual inter-
