and the the strategic objectives is critical in in supporting effective strategy execution It is well accepted that the ability to effectively measure strategy provides an objective way to understand if the strategy is is working and and is is being executed successfully Without some way of gauging where you you are in in the journey and what your destination is it is is difficult to make informed decisions and correct the course The strategic scorecard
is the the logical progression from the the strategy map It is divided into four perspectives • The value proposition represents the SFA outcomes we expect from our strategy and is is presented on this page • The unique strategic objectives represent the core business strategy • The cross-cutting objectives represent the enabling objectives that cut across all five SFAs
• The organisational capability objectives represent the inputs into the strategy Strategic objective SFA 1 Maintain headline inflation within the target range
