Role in the PA: Part of my day to day job is assisting my manager to manage their daily tasks better. My job is more than just answering phones, sending emails, or scheduling appointments but also engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally at all levels.
I believe the premise of adding value to the lives of your team members is based on the fact that you have usefulness to add. All of us possess specific qualities and skills that can benefit the organisation one way or the other. This includes soft skills like problem-solving, or implementing positive change in the workplace.

Interests, Hobbies, superpowers:
My newly found hobby is baking, I’ve always wanted to sharpen my baking skills and I thought there’s no better time than now.
If you had your own talk show, who would your first guest be and why?
It would definitely be my 2 daughters- Rearabilwe & Reratilwe.
I would really like to know how they perceive life through me as their mother, I think that will give me an indication of whether
I have modelled my life well in their eyes and if there’s ways improvement because through a child’s eye, there’s Imagination, curiosity and wonder about life.
What is your most irrational fear?
I'm terrified of snakes. Like legitimately terrified.
What is the most recent new thing you tried?
I challenged myself to bake malva pudding, and it was the best and very tasty at that.
