Role in the PA
I ensure that the insurance regulatory framework is fit for purpose in order to give assurance to the PA that insurers remain well- regulated in terms of the framework. I also keep an eye on the weather in terms the work currently being done on climate risk.

What is the hardest part about working virtually for you?
Trying to hold a conversation with myself... I enjoy working virtually (struggle with maintaining) balance although I think that it has to some extent bred some anti-social tendencies. I do miss the human interaction and dynamics of working in a physical space with colleagues.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
You are not finished when you are defeated but rather when you quit...
What book read/movie seen recently would you recommend and why?
David Attenborough “Our Planet.” It has opened my eyes to how fragile life is and the importance of balance in all that we do.
