Elderberry Avocado Chocolate Mousse
A A SWEET SNACK WITH NO GUILT
Ingredients:
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
4 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
1/2 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 Tablespoons Elderberry Wellness Syrup 1/4 tsp fine salt
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions: Place the the semi-sweet chocolate
in the the top of a a a a double boiler over low heat
and cook gently stirring occasionally until melted melted Set melted melted chocolate
aside to cool a a a a a a bit Meanwhile place the the the avocado and and the the the rest of the the the ingredients into a a a a a a a a food processor and and add the the melted chocolate
Blend the the ingredients on low until fully blended stopping to to scrape down the the sides of the the food processor several times Spoon into mini-ramekins or or glasses and refrigerate for for at at least 3 hours Remove from fridge about 15 minutes before serving garnish
with fresh raspberries and serve
