NAVAL CHARTS OF THE WORLD These come from all over the world! Dating as far back as the 1890’s, with many corrections made to update them.These came out of the chartroom of a US Naval vessel. Gorgeous stuff. These charts are all about 40” x 27.5”, and printed on very heavy stock. The charts are all yellowed with age, and are very beau- tiful in their own right. Since they depict random and obscure places on the globe, with many of these locali- ties re-named, given the course of history and politics, we’ll just sell them randomly, okay? All in great condi- tion, with no tears or rips. You get three random charts in this deal.

DDR SLING PSYCHROMETER
This Fritz Lange-Optik sling psychrometer is from the East German meteorological set. The set is from the early 1990s. The thermometers are about 7” long. One is a spirit ther- mometer and ranges from -20C to 40C. The other is a mercury thermometer and ranges from -40C to 40C. A psy- chrometer a type of a hygrometer, used to measure humidi- ty in the atmosphere. A psychrometer measures relative humidity through the use of two thermometers: a dry bulb thermometer, is used to measure the temperature by being exposed to the air, and a wet bulb thermometer, measures temperature by having the bulb dipped in a liquid. POLISH ARMY MAP CASE
Wow.., this is absolutely the most gorgeous map case we’ve ever scored! Made of heavy canvas, with all edges reinforced with nylon tape. Has two compartments, with a semi-stiff back. An additional pocket is sewn under the flap. The flap is long enough to secure the load, when filled to capacity, and has a leather strap closure. Of course there’s an adjustable nylon shoulder strap. Measures 11” x 9” x 5.5” fully expanded.
