VANUATU IS A SOUTH PACIFIC OCEAN NATION MADE UP OF ROUGHLY 80 ISLANDS THAT STRETCH 1,300 KILOMETERS. THE POPULATION IS AROUND 319,000.

filed directly in Vanuatu. The Vanuatu Trademarks Act 2003, which came into force on 8th February 2011, forms the legal basis of trademark registration and permits multiclass trademark applications.
Vanuatu is not a member of the Paris Convention but allows claims of convention priority from convention countries.
