Support and security
At Huntleigh Apartments you know you’re free to do what you like, when you like – all the while you can feel confident that additional support can be provided if needed.
During the day, the village coordinator is on site to support residents. They check in daily with each resident to make sure they are well and have everything they need.
The Huntleigh Apartment complex has 24/7 swipe card access. If you go away on holiday, you’ll know we’re looking after
your apartment, and if you’re at home you can rest assured the complex is monitored at night by a security company.
If you get ill or have an accident, we can arrange short-term respite or health recovery care, as well as in-home support services, cleaning and meal delivery. These services are provided on a ‘fee-for-service’ basis, although you may find that some of these services can be subsidised by the district health board.
If there comes a time when you or your spouse need extra support, you’ll find residents of Huntleigh Apartments are given preferential entry into Enliven’s rest homes across the lower North Island. This includes Huntleigh Home which offers rest home and hospital care, short-term respite and health recovery.
