Each Enliven village is unique, but in every community you’ll find high quality, purpose built villas or apartments, a fantastic community spirit, safety and security, plus great neighbours and staff.
Enliven’s retirement villas and apartments are purchased under a licence to occupy (LTO) arrangement and are available in Whanganui, Feilding, Palmerston North, Masterton, Lower Hutt, and Wellington.
We also have retirement rental units available in Whanganui, Masterton and Lower Hutt.
Enliven village residents also have access to a variety of additional support services including meals and housekeeping.
