Patios & Sheds

Patios may be constructed of natural colored concrete, slate, flagstone, brick, or aggregate material.
Patios must be located in a fully enclosed front or rear yard, or in a rear yard between existing wing
fences.

Sheds located in the rear yard must have a simple and unobtrusive design and must be a height that is
no greater than the privacy fences bordering the yard. Sheds or storage structures located on a patio
must be set against the house wall or party wall, and not extend beyond the party wall. Size must be
appropriate for the area, and materials and colors must match or complement adjacent structures.
