All window replacements (including skylights) require an application to be submitted for review by the Design
Review Board

Window Styles

• Double-hung, fixed, fixed geometric, bay
• Muntins and mullions (grids)
• Window frame must be white, or match the window trim color
• Trim capping (PVC, trim coil, vinyl, aluminum, width not to exceed 3/8” from original size)
must match window trim color
• Ply Gem (Mastic, CertainTeed, Variform), Renewal by Andersen, Pella, Thompson Creek,
Window World
• Replacement windows or doors other than the DRB-approved manufacturer or vendor that include trim
capping, the trim capping must be equivalent to or better quality than DRB-approved
manufacturer/vendor
