HVAC Enclosure

HVAC enclosure fencing (solid board and lattice) with the following stipulations:

a. that the solid board screens use 1" X 6” vertical boards spaced no more than ½" apart;

b. that the top of the lattice and solid board screens be a maximum of 6” higher and 24" wider than
the a/ c unit they screen;

c. that the top and bottom of the lattice and solid board screens be maintained horizontal (no

stepping);

d. that the bottom of the lattice and solid board screens be a maximum of 6” above grade level at
any point;

e. that if a gate is desired it must match the screen in material, color, and design, and the top of the
gate must be straight and flat (not rounded) and flush with the rest of the screen;

f. that the entire screen, including the gate, be stained Olympic solid stain "Oxford Brown" to

match the house trim;

g. that the edges of the lattice screen be finished with either trim boards or channel grooves;

h. that the top of the solid board screen has a continuous ,1" x 6” or 2" x 6” cap board; and

i. that the top of the lattice screen has a continuous cap board that is (1” x 4”) or (1” x 6”) or

(2” x 4”) or (2” x 6”)
