Fences
Color
Solid board and lattice style, maybe one of the following colors in conformance with the cluster
standards:
• Left to weather naturally
• Sealed with clear colorless sealant
• Stained with Olympic solid stain “Oxford Brown” of Benjamin Moore solid stain
“Mississippi Mud”
• Olympic solid stain “Coffee”

Rear fences to be painted the house color (Olympic Solid Stian “Oxford Brown”) on one side and left to weather
naturally on the other with the following stipulations:
• That all surfaces of fence facing onto the yard must be same color.
• That if the back section of fence exists (section running parallel to rear wall of house), the outside surface of
that fence need not match the color of the yard-side surface of the fence.
• That the cap board along any section of fence must match the color of the outside surface of the back
fence, if a back section exsits.
• That if a fence along a property line is Olympic Soild Stain “Oxford Brown” on one side, and left to
weather on the other, then the cap board shall be Olympic Solid Stain “Oxford Brown”.
