Lattice fence will conform to the following design:
• Fence to be constructed of heavy duty 4 x 8-3/4 wood (not plastic) lattice, double (lattice on lattice) for
tighter weave and sturdiness, with 2: slats, and with the top maximum of 6’ above ground level (5’ for golf
course properties).
• The top and the bottom of the fence are to be maintained horizontal; if the ground slopes the fence is to be
stepped.
• The bottom of the fence is to be no more than 6” above the grade level at any point.
• If a gate is desired, it must match the fence material, color and design. The top of the gate is to be straight
and flat (not rounded) and flush with the fence.
• If a fence and gate are desired at the back of a lot, they must not be less than 3” in height and no higher and
the adjoining wing fence (6’ maximum, 5’ for golf course properties).
• Fence and gate must either be stained (Olympic sold stain “Oxford Brown”) to match the trim of the house
or be left to weather naturally.
• Double lattice is to be framed with 2” x 2” trimboards and attached in 4’ sections to 4” x 4” posts. The top
is to have continuous 1” x 4” or 2” x 4” cap board.
• Each townhouse unit is to have uniform fencing, i.e., either solid board or lattice.
