Privacy Screens

• That the lattice be diagonal, constructed of heavy duty 4 x 8-3/4” wood (not plastic), with 2” slats at
manimum 6’ above ground level (5’ for golf course properties).

• That the top and bottom of the screen are to be maintained horizontal; if the grounds slopes, the screen
is to be stepped.

• That the bottom of the screen must be mounted directly upon the surface is the existing rear deck.

• That the screen must be stained Olympic solid stain “Oxford Brown” to match the trim of the house,
be left to weather naturally or treated with clear, colorless sealant.

• That they be framed with 2” by 2” trim boards and attached in 4’ sections to 2” x 4” or larger post with
a continuous 1” x 4” or 2” x 4” cap board.
