All window replacements require an application to be submitted for review by the
Design Review Board.

Moveable windows on Newport Sprints townhouses are clear glass, double hung design. In addition
to the double hung windows that open, this cluster also features door sized windows next to the
rear French door. These fixed windows have tan, wooden, muntin and mullion grids.
