Ground-Level Decks
Ground-level decks and patios may be installed without DRB review if it does not project beyond the wing fence and there are
no railings, benches, planters, trellises, privacy screens, or other built-in features except steps.

Upper-Level Decks
Upper-level decks have a louvered screen (must be painted Duron Weathershield
exterior latex or oil, gloss or semi-gloss “White”)

Railings

Front balustrade (metal should be painted Duron “Asteroid” 5414D)
