Fences

Fence options must be one of the following:
1. No fence or Wall
2. A screen of shrubs neatly trimmed (flat on top) and no higher than the concrete walls
3. A wood screen
4. A solid wood fence
5. A concrete block wall, 6’ above the finished grade

Fence Designs

Flush Board
4 x 4 wood posts, 1 x 4 or 1 x 6 vertical wood boards, 2 x 4 or 2 x 6
horizontal wood members, left-to-weather (preferred) or stained gray or white. Gate to match fence design.

Staggered Board
4 x 4 wood posts, 1x6 vertical wood sides, 2 x 4 or 2 x 6
horizontal wood members, left-to-weather (preferred) or stained gray or white. Gate to match fence design.

Vertical Louver
4 x 4 wood posts, 1 x 6 vertical wood louvers, 2x4 horizontal wood members,
left-to-weather (preferred) or stained gray or white.
Gate to match fence design.
