Note: Members may use any light fixture manufacturer, provided the design, finish and location conform to
the below standards

Front and Rear Entry Light Fixture

Original fixture shown below. Must have incandescent light source.
Same fixture for both front and rear; no replacements are approved, with the exception of the sample shown
below that does not have the “wings” or shielding on the sides.

The cluster permits the installation of an additional wall-mounted light fixture centered on the wall above the
house numbers, approximately 20” below the ceiling of each residence. The light fixture will be the same
model as those already existing throughout the cluster in other approved locations.
