Metalwork on Concrete Beams

Duron WeatherShield semi-gloss acrylic latex “Asteroid” 5414D

**Caps should overhang only 1”- 2”. For replacements, specify brushed aluminum or a color to match concrete beams. For
existing caps with paint, use Duron exterior enamel semi-gloss

Concrete Beam

BASF Master Protect HB 400 “Pearl Gray” 9274-M

Brick Walls, Block Columns

Natural, never paint: may be sealed with clear waterproofing material

Stucco Panels (colors assigned to particular house)

Panels can be the assigned color in a flat paint (please check with your Covenants Advisor to see what assigned color your
house has), or Duron Dura Kote “White” acrylic latex white or Duron 5413M “Chapel Gray”
Please note: Homeowners do not need to match panels to the front doors, so for example, they could have a yellow panel with
a white door or vice versa

Wooden Window Trim
