• To match overall design of fence, or

Privacy Screen

• Orthogonal lattice cannot exceed 6’ in height and 4’ in
width. Must be framed with 2” X 2” moldings on all sides,
to be installed on ground level only

Sheds

• Siding: Vertical boards, wood to match fence or Hardie
Plank
• Roofing: Sloped roof, cedar shake or asphalt shingles or
composite roofing
Stipulations:
• That the shed siding be vertical, and the design and dimensions
match the existing fence boards
• That the shed siding be stained Olympic solid stain “Oxford
Brown”
• That if asphalt or composite roofing is used the color match

• That sheds be located against the house wall, visually integrated
with the house and finished in materials and colors that match the
existing conditions
• That the shed be screened by Design Review Board-approved
cluster standard fencing and
• That the shed height be no higher than the existing fence and the
roof slope onto the house wall.
