manufacture’s paint and obtain the specified color **

• Downspouts and gutters must be white or match the trim color
• Paint from other manufacturers must match the approved palette exactly
• Classic Cream vinyl siding may be used in place of the siding color for any scheme
• Vinyl siding must be either the stock Mastic vinyl color associated with the chosen color scheme or siding/paint color
for the appropriate phase scheme chosen
• For Phase 2 homes, all-brick front elevations may paint the door and trim and same color using one of the Phase 2
color scheme choices. The door/trim color must coordinate with the appropriate siding color for that scheme
• Homeowners must bring their paint colors and siding into compliance with this color palette at such time as the
exterior of their house is repainted or siding is replaced
