Lights

• Black – Flat/ glossy base

• Shiny brass
• Brushed brass finish.

• No more than 75 watts

Security Devices:

• Manual or motion infrared floodlights/security lights are allowed.

• May be used as a replacement for the rear light fixture OR
anywhere on the rear of the home.

• Must be 6” (or less) below the gutters.

With the following stipulations:

• The lights should be aimed downwards.
• No more than TWO 75-watt light bulbs are to be used.
• The light must be shielded with “cone” style shields, painted to match the color

of the surface to which they are attached.
