Deck Colors

Owners must bring their deck color into conformance with the approved color palette upon the sale
of their property or if it is noted during an annual inspection. The entire deck must be brought into
conformance with the approved exterior color and material at the same time.

with a clear colorless sealant, or stained a DRB-approved color for decks
