Window Location

To facilitate additional light in the dining room, three windows corresponding to the
approximate dimensions of the basement windows can be installed in the center of the exterior wall
and as high on the wall as the structure of the home will allow (directly under the support beam).

Measurement Requirements for Trim Capping:

Trim capping for window and external door replacements should result in an apparent trim width
for vertical trim (or height for horizontal trim) of not more or less than 5/8" than the original trim
width or height.

Measurement Requirements for Window Frames:

Frames for window and external door replacements should result in an apparent frame width of not
more or less than 1/2" than the original frame width.
