Lights

DRB application form (with the signatures of at least two most affective neighboring property
owners an 100 club cluster board member are required, indicating that they DO NOT intend to
register as Affected Parties) and DRB approval are required for the installation of security lighting

Front Entry Light Fixture
• Lights be a maximum of 24” in height
• Color of fixture to be black, nickel, bronze, or brass (either
polished or brushed finished)
• That the glass be clear or frosted, white glass only to be
used for globe type lights
• Shapes shall be one of three types: round globe, oblong or
square with cylindrical or straight glass sides, “Carriage lamp”
with tapered or straight glass panels

Rear Entry Light Fixture

• Same style as original fixture, an unadorned opaque cylinder or glass globe, or
harmonious with the fixture on the front on the house

Floodlight

• There be no more than two single or double headed flood
light fixtures on anyone elevation.
• The floodlight cannot be installed as a replacement for an entry light or
other decorative light fixture
• it must be a typical residential flood light fixture directed downward it
must not cause any glare on neighboring properties or in neighboring
townhouses.
• The fixture be located on the side or rear elevation of the townhouse,
mounted no higher than 12’ above ground level , either on the Ledger
