There is no cluster standard for replacement windows. All window replacements require an
application to be submitted for review by the Design Review Board.

Color

• Harmonious with siding and trim

• Replacement windows match existing windows in design
frame color and configuration

Design

• 4-pane (vertical design)
• 2-pane (alternate design)

• 6-pane (original design)
• 3-pane (alternate design)
• Replacement window fit within a ½” of original opening
• Clear glass (reflective glass is not permissible)

Material
• Fiberglass
• Steel

• Wood
• Metal

Shutters
Shutters are not permitted within the Hunt Club Cluster.

Storm Windows
Profile is defined as the outline seen from the side or in a cut section

• Proportioned and divided in the same way as existing
windows
