Battery Standby Power – Providing The Right Rail Equipment, Cost-Effectively
At PB Design, we take pride in having supplied charger systems designed specifically for use in railway and mass transit systems for over 40 years. For Railway applications, the range comprises standard UK PADS approved charger systems and variations based on these standard PADS solutions that are customized to meet specific rail project needs. Routine maintenance is essential for all standby power equipment. Unexpected failure of any system can be very expensive! And no system will provide reliable operation without maintenance – even so called ‘maintenance free’ batteries which do not require electrolyte to be replenished still require regular maintenance for maximum life expectancy and to highlight possible premature failure.
