The range comprises twin (DUO) and single (SOLO) units. Whereas the SOLO is designed for a family on a single pitch, by far the most popular unit is the CampPlus DUO, a high quality bathroom ‘pod’ containing two separate en-suite rooms in a back- to back, semi-detached layout, suitable for two families.
Positioned between two pitches, the DUO will provide each caravan, motorhome or tent pitch with its own private and lockable bathroom facility. So, your guests share the building but that’s all they share: each side has its own toilet, shower, sink, lighting, extractor fan and an individual 80 litre (electric) boiler.
High-quality, easy-clean, low-maintenance sanitaryware is used as standard throughout, complemented by a selection of optional upgrade items to enable sites to command higher pitch fees, increase occupancy, revenue and customer satisfaction levels. Why not add an external washing up sink for your guests, or an outdoor tap, exterior lighting and a hair dryer and shaver socket. There’s so much to choose from.
Beauty and quality are far more than skin deep with these CampPlus units. There’s a galvanised steel frame to support it all, one-piece, high quality laminate wall panels, 10mm thick anti-slip and anti- scratch flooring, tanalised pine cladding and stainless steel corner protection strips, all covered by suitable warranties for your peace of mind. Did we also mention there’s superb sound-proofing between the two units?
All of the inbound and outbound services are connected and accessible from a hatch at the rear of the unit. Once positioned on an appropriate base a competent plumber and electrician will be able to connect it all up within a couple of hours of delivery. Installation instructions are available, of course. Although there is an upfront cost, we expect the increased pitch fees to achieve payback for the site within two years of installation.
The result of offering CampPlus units on site? Customers will be prepared to pay more to upgrade their stay. As a site owner you will be able to command higher pitch fees, achieve higher occupancy levels and extend the rental season.
