Overland Property Group has partnered with Midwest Health in Topeka on this project. In addition to their financial investment in this development, they bring nearly 40 years of senior living experience and operate over 50 communities in 5 states. Their operational experience ranges from independent and assisted living to rehabilitation, skilled nursing and memory care.
Midwest Health will operate The Fairways of Ironhorse with the assistance of Overland Retirement Resorts headed by Bridget Snodgrass. The teaming of these two entities provides an excellent foundation for the future success of this property.
