WHAT WE DO
Overland Property Group focuses on bringing affordable, workforce housing to rural and urban communities by establishing strong public/private relationships. Working early & closely with city leaders, OPG strives to find sites that are best suited for the project while remaining considerate to the best interests of the community.
A major prerequisite for the development of affordable housing is educating the community. OPG begins this process early with city staff and continues throughout the development process by hosting neighborhood meetings and work sessions with council as needed.
