• Kansas City based developer Overland Property Group has expressed an interest in developing up to 140 unit apartment complex in Lubbock on the northwest corner of 114th and University Ave.
• The Company has developed over 2,000 apartments in 5 States including five communities in Texas
• The apartment complex would consist of two & three-bedroom units including a Clubhouse
• Up to 140 of the units will be “income & rent restricted” - aka (tax credit units)
• A percentage of the units potentially will be “market-rate” and have no income or rent restrictions.
