Introduction & Deal Points
• Kansas City based developer Overland Property Group has expressed an interest in developing up to 140 unit apartment complex in Wolfforth on the west side of Alcove Ave. north of Donald Preston Dr.
• The Company has developed over 2,000 apartments in 5 States including five communities in Texas
• The apartment complex would consist of two & three-bedroom units including a Clubhouse
• Up to 100 of the units will be “income & rent restricted” - aka (tax credit units)
