WHO CAN ENROLL IN BENEFITS?
Benefits are offered to All Farm Bureau Agents and their Sales and Service Associates (referred to as Staff). The Agent must be a member of The Agents Association or agree to membership on the enrollment form.

Open Enrollment or within 90 Days of Hire Date. New Hire Agents are Eligible for benefits 90 days after Hire date. Each benefit has different enrollment guidelines which can be found in The Enrollment Dates and Instructions in this booklet.
WHY SHOULD I ENROLL IN GROUP BENEFITS TODAY?
New Agents and staff have a one-time-only opportunity for GUARANTEE ISSUE coverage (no health or medical questions) in world class benefits
Our Group Insurance Benefits cost less than individual plans
Premiums for your First month of coverage are not due until 10-15 days prior to your initial coverage effective date
HOW DO I ENROLL IN BENEFITS?
Go to www.enrollagents.com, create an account, login and complete Steps 1-5 of the enrollment process.
HOW MUCH WILL I PAY FOR BENEFITS?
To determine your monthly premium for each benefit, login to our website at www.enrollagents.com and enter step 1 information. Proceed to Step 3 and click on each benefit to see your actual premiums. If you are not ready to enroll simply click on any tab at the top and you can begin the enrollment process anytime.
HOW DO I PAY MY PREMIUMS?
Premiums are paid monthly. Agents typically commission deduct their premiums (in states where available), along with any premiums for Staff benefits they want to provide for them. Staff members pay their premiums via automatic withdrawal directly from a bank account.
