OPERATIONS
In November, 2014 - Overland Property Group hired Bridget Snodgrass to oversee OPG’s senior living portfolio. Snodgrass brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and working with two of the best operators in the Senior Living industry, most recently as the Area Manager of Sales for Sunrise Senior Living. Previously Snodgrass served as Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for Brookdale Senior Living’s Kansas City operations.
Bridget’s experience in sales and marketing, management, training of products, services and lifestyles will not only ensure a consistent product across the board but will help maximize the revenue potential of each property.
Bridget brings expertise with team building, market prospecting and analysis, occupancy/ budget forecasting, product development, promotional planning and personnel development. She has numerous contacts and connections throughout the senior living industry and has begun building her team for The Fairways of Ironhorse.
Overland Retirement Resorts, LLC will be the operator for The Fairways of Ironhorse and future retirement resorts for OPG.
