Bridget Snodgrass
Partner and Vice President of Senior Operations

As Vice President of Senior Operations and a Partner at Overland Property Group, Bridget plays an integral role in the product innovation of our senior segment brand platform, vision and culture. She is responsible for recruiting, training and ongoing operational effectiveness across our senior living portfolio. Her passion is helping create a one-of-a-kind destination that provides first-class tailored services, delivered by servant-heart team members with compassion, integrity and commitment to excellence. Her primary focus includes our newest concept, Boutique Retirement Clubs and Communities (BRC’s), which are designed as a Live-in Country Clubs for retirees. The Fairways of Ironhorse in Leawood, KS opened in April 2019, and coming soon: The Fairways of Flying Horse in Colorado Springs, BRC Lenexa, BRC Thornton, BRC Littleton and BRC Arlington and Recollections Memory Care, Salina, KS. Bridget has over twenty- years of sales/marketing experience including over a decade in senior living, multi-site management of over 2,300 units across the Midwest and encompasses all levels of care including independent living, assisted living, memory care and CCRC’s. Bridget’s experience in the industry is comprised of recruiting and developing talent, team-building, market analysis, budgeting/ forecasting, strategic planning and occupancy. Her vast experience in the senior arena includes sales coaching for two premier industry leaders, (Sunrise Senior Living and Brookdale).
Jenny Rupp
In-House Consultant - Boutique Retirement Company
Jenny has worked for some of the top senior living operators in the industry including Regional Director of Sales for Sunrise Senior Living, Lutheran Senior Living and most recently as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Cedarhurst Senior Living. Jenny is entrepreneurial-minded and an experienced Senior Housing Executive with Sales, Marketing and Operations expertise. She’s a highly motivated leader with a proven track record of creating and building successful sales organizations. Jenny’s excellent business acumen is evidenced by her notable successes in strategic planning, project development and revenue growth. She’s a decisive and results-oriented leader with a demonstrated talent for presenting ideas and initiatives in a clear and persuasive manner.
