Features like dry cleaning pick-up, housecleaning, plant caretaker, and transportation services along with scheduling of doctors appointments, message therapists, and dental visits will all be available. Group tness classes such as yoga, spin, and water aerobics are amenities that traditional senior communities cannot or will not provide. The BRC concept takes this a step further by offering personal trainers, nutritionists, and dietary consultants to the list.
