The Residence at Arbor Grove is a proposed 126-unit mixed income, age-restricted (62 and older) independent living development located at 1118 N. Gibbins Rd. The planned development includes the construction of 126 one and two-bedroom apartment units contained in a three-story elevator-serviced mid-rise building. The property will be new construction, and the condition, high-quality of finish, enhanced amenities, and unit sizes will be superior to the competition.
The property will offer many services to it’s residents a la carte as illustrated on the following pages.
