Rex joined OPG in 2007 and brings over 11 years experience in the land development and high end home construction markets both in the Midwest and Northeast.
Prior to founding Vanier Properties LLC, Rex has worked as an Executive for several manufacturing companies specializing in supply chain management and logistics. With a dual degree from Boston College's Carroll Graduate School of Management, Rex brings a wide variety of abilities to the development. He recently developed a $25 million luxury home development in Salina Kansas. Much of Rex's experience is in the financial and business management sectors.
Rex oversees the strategic direction of both market rate and LIHTC developments by working with lenders & investors to build financially sound investments.
Rex resides in Hamilton, MA with his wife and two children.
